After parting ways with Leonardo Jardim, Brazilian club Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte introduced a new head coach on Tuesday afternoon (local time). Former national coach Tite takes over the vacant position at third-placed team last season. The 64-year-old signs a contract until the end of 2026.
For Tite it is the first stop since September 2024, when he was released from Flamengo. In April of this year, the 2019 Copa America winner took a break from coaching due to mental problems. At the end of November, Tite announced his return.
