Thomas Müller meets Lionel Messi in the MLS final. Football fans can follow the spectacle live as the game is broadcast free of charge in Germany.

Interested football fans don’t need a paid TV subscription for the dream final of Major League Soccer (MLS) between the Vancouver Whitecaps with Thomas Müller and Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami. As the streaming service Apple TV announced before the final on Saturday evening (also in the live ticker on t-online from 8:30 p.m.) in Fort Lauderdale/Florida, the game will be broadcast free of charge in Germany and over 100 other countries.

According to Apple, over 30 cameras will improve the TV experience in the eagerly awaited duel in the MLS Cup between world champions Müller and Messi. These include robot-controlled cameras at the goals, a referee camera, special ISO cameras for coaches and players and drone footage. Preliminary coverage begins one hour before kick-off.
