The impact of cyber attacks is increasingly noticeable in daily life outside the digital world, writes the National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security (NCTV) in the annual Cyber Security Assessment. The incidents have not yet led to “social disruption or significant impact on national security”, but the potential was there, according to the NCTV.
