The psychiatric department for patients with serious problems on Vlaardingenlaan in Nieuw-West, the Intensive Treatment Clinic (KIB), will close its doors on 1 May. The reason given by the umbrella organization Arkin is the lack of staff and that it is not a suitable location to treat the patients.
