At just 16 years old, Aleksa Damjanovic is already gaining experience with the professionals at Red Star Belgrade. A circumstance that the youngster earned by winning top scorer in the U17 league in his home country in 2024/25. His steep rise should also attract clubs from abroad – including Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig.

As “Sky” has learned, three clubs from the German Bundesliga, Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, have their eyes on Aleksa Damjanovic from Red Star Belgrade.

A change in the summer is therefore not ruled out. Red Star should demand at least five million euros for its top talent. Damjanovic’s contract doesn’t end until summer 2028.

According to the TV station, poker is no longer in its infancy. Unnamed clubs are said to have already contacted Belgrade and contacted the offensive player’s management.

Eintracht Frankfurt already scored a direct hit

When Aleksa Damjanovic was born in December 2008, his father Jovan Damjanovic was playing in Germany for SC Paderborn, for whom he scored nine goals in 36 games. In 2009/10 Damjanovic was also active for SV Wehen Wiesbaden. The Serbian former international also played in Austria, China, Belarus and his homeland.
