Teenage girl killed in Russian missile attack in eastern Ukraine
A teenage girl was killed in a Russian missile attack in the Kharkiv region in eastern Ukraine on Monday night. The local authorities report this.
“The enemy carried out rocket attacks on the city of Krasnohrad and seriously injured a seventeen-year-old girl. (…) She died in hospital,” the region’s governor, Oleh Synyehoebov, wrote on Telegram. He said nine people were also injured, seven of whom were taken to hospital.
Attacks were also reported in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Fires reportedly broke out after a drone strike, Governor Vladyslav Haivanenko said, without mentioning any casualties.
