Is special software or device required to answer calls to 444 Numbers?

You can receive calls to your 444 number via your phone without any extra software or device. Only for different applications such as ISDN and PBX does the need for compatible devices arise.


Who can benefit from 444 number service?

All Türk Telekom corporate customers can benefit from this service. Individual (Real-Legal) applications cannot be accepted. 444 number applications will be accepted from our customers who request a minimum of 30 lines under their 444 number. While calculating the total number of lines; Telephone (PSTN), IP Multiple Line and TT Virtual Switchboard subscriptions are counted as 1, Digital Dual Line as 2, and Digital Multiple Line subscriptions as 30.​


Can 444 numbers be called from all phones?

444 numbers can be called at any time from work, home or mobile phones.


Do I need to apply in person for 444 numbers?

Yes, you must apply in person.


What should I do so that 444 numbers can be called from every city?

444 Special Service Numbers can be dialed from anywhere in Türkiye as a seven-digit number (in the format 444 X XXX) without dialing (0) + (area code).​


I have a 444 number and five Lines. Do I have to buy five new lines to get a new 444 number?

Yes. In order for each 444 number to be available to you, at least 5 line subnumbers must be defined.​


Can I forward calls to my 444 number to my mobile phone (GSM)?

Yes. Calls to the 444 special service number are delivered to the sub-numbers you specify. You can give forwarding instructions for your 444 number from the sub-numbers. By using the ease of use features of the sub-numbers, forwarding to business/home phone-GSM-international numbers can be made. These forwardings are charged according to the tariff of the sub-numbers.


Can I use my 444 service together with the Single Number Service?

No. 444 service is not suitable for use with Single Number Service.​
