Thousands of people have already seen the exhibition in Berlin “October 7, 06:29 AM – The Moment Music Stood Still” visited on the site of the former Tempelhof Airport. Numerous guests from politics, business and universities were there.
Panels on a wide variety of topics have taken place in the past few weeks. Recently, during a panel entitled “Where is the line?” Musician Schiller, Florian Drücke (Managing Director BVMI), Johannes Everke (Managing Director BDKV), Robert Levine (journalist, Billboard) and Tal Shimony, a survivor of the attack and Berliner, about the events that changed Israel.
The immersive exhibition, previously seen in Tel Aviv, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Buenos Aires, Toronto and Washington, DC, reconstructs the site of the Nova Music Festival using multimedia technology, shows forensic material, various installations and personal accounts from survivors and relatives. Visitors report very emotional experiences. Tents, camping chairs, toilets, burnt-out cars tell of the horror.

Closing event on Sunday
You have the opportunity to visit the haunting exhibition until Sunday (November 16th). The public closing event will also take place on the day, at which the Berlin Senator for Culture Sarah Wedl-Wilson and Katharina Günther-Wünsch, Senator for Education and Youth, will be guests and say a few words. Ofir Amir, founder and producer of the Nova Music Festival, is also present.
In the Hamas attack on the festival on October 7, 2023, 411 people were murdered, hundreds were injured and 44 were kidnapped.
