Osbournes shoot again against Roger Waters in current podcast episode

Sharon, Kelly and Jack Osbourne remembered the metal icon on the first episode of The Osbournes Podcast following Ozzy’s death. The feud with the Pink Floyd guitarist was also an issue – the family once again dealt against Waters. After Ozzy’s death, he sparked a dispute with derogatory comments that has apparently not yet ended. Ozzy Osbourne passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76 after a years-long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Recap of the initial situation

Roger Walters shared his thoughts on Ozzy in an interview with The Independent Ink. The guitarist said: “May he rest in peace, whatever state he spent his life in, but we will probably never know. Even though he was on TV for years with his idiocy and nonsense.” The musician added: “As far as music goes, I have no idea. I don’t care one bit. I don’t care about Black Sabbath either, it never did. I have no interest in biting off chicken heads or whatever they do. I don’t care at all.”

Jack Osbourne gave vent to his anger as he mourned his father. The 40-year-old wrote on Facebook: “Hey Roger Waters, fuck you. How pathetic and out of touch with reality you have become. The only way you get attention these days is by spouting bullshit in the press. My dad always thought you were an ass – thanks for proving him right.”

New attack against Waters

During the conversation, the three family members incited each other to make insults and derogatory comments towards the Briton. They tried to describe his appearance – terms like “asshole” and “Frankenstein” were mentioned. The widow brought the musician’s band into play and explained that she still doesn’t understand how the remaining members of Pink Floyd could have put up with the guitarist for so long. At the end of the round of gossip, Ozzy’s long-time partner summed up Waters as a “sad, irrelevant, old, miserable, ugly person.”

There has been no reaction from Waters or a statement from his management yet.

Elsewhere in the podcast, the family revealed that Ozzy was secretly hospitalized just two weeks before his final concert. They also reported that both Donald Trump and King Charles contacted them after learning of the death of the Prince of Darkness.
