The Provincial Court, which was closed to the general public for years, was given a new purpose as an open house after a thorough restoration. Visitors can not only admire the heritage, but also participate in various activities and events.
The festive weekend ended on Sunday with Hofpraat, a panel discussion about heritage, future and connection, including deputy Bart Naeyaert, architect Michiel Hutsebaut and restoration coordinator Jos Meheus. “The future is that we continue to tell stories here based on collections, but also by inviting organizations and people to do something themselves,” was said during the conversation.
