A fire broke out in a parked car on the Slenerbrink in Emmen last night. The car suffered significant damage as a result.
The fire was discovered just before three o’clock. At that moment, flames were shooting out of the front of the car.
The fire brigade, among other things, smashed the windows of the car and opened the hood to extinguish the fire. The police are investigating whether arson occurred.
