One day after the 2-1 defeat against the Bundesliga club, the French champions announced that Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembélé and Nuno Mendes would not be available to the club for the time being.
Particularly bitter: Hakimi suffered a severe sprain of his left ankle when Luis Díaz was fouled and, according to the club, will be out for several weeks. Díaz was shown a red card for his entry in stoppage time in the first half. He later apologized to Hakimi.
Dembélé also had to leave the field early. The Ballon d’Or winner was substituted in the 25th minute. He injured his left calf. Full-back Nuno Mendes also suffered a sprain in his left knee. As PSG further announced, the injuries will be medically assessed again after the international break.
