Milva Icon of Style: the auction with its clothes at Franco Parenti

M.ilva has always been a style icon. From the beginning at the Sanremo festival in 1961, the Rossa – as everyone called her because of her shining auburn hair – has worn the fashion creations of various designers over the course of her long life. Masterfully. From Ferré to Versace, up to Giorgio Armani (and many others). In addition to his indescribable voice, Milva, who passed to another life exactly one year ago at the age of 81, was an unforgettable messenger of culture and natural elegance. A tangible grace that allowed her to wear stage clothes created especially for her by the best designers in the world with an unsurpassed personality. Creations that are now going up for auction, to “create healing places with art”.

A timeless class

“Milva had that innate elegance that comes from intelligence, character and independence. She is so proud and sensual with her beautiful tawny hair, authentic and theatrical. She wasn’t the typical Armani woman, yet in her way she was, interpreting my clothes, making them their own in a surprising way. Its unique charm and vital energy are unforgettable. I am happy that a dress she is wearing is part of this exhibition. For the charitable purpose and for the memory of a unique woman and artist ». You had declared Giorgio Armani on the occasion of the February exhibition in Sanremo. And if he says so we can only bow.
