How did you start with real estate?
BEIT Properties was born from a personal need and a dream: to continue growing and accompany people in important moments, such as finding their home. When my children were young I decided to study to be a Public Auctioneer and create my own space, where warmth and empathy were as important as professionalism. BEIT—which means “home” in Hebrew—reflects that idea: a place where every customer feels heard, understood and happy. Over time, word of mouth and good experiences made the company grow, always with the same essence: working with passion and heart.
Specifically, what services do you provide?
At BEIT Properties we appraise, sell and rent properties, but our work goes far beyond a real estate operation. We accompany each person at a key moment in their life: moving home. We provide comprehensive advice, from appraisal and analysis of the real value of the property to guidance on purchase, sale or investment. We review documentation, evaluate options and take care of every detail so that the entire process is clear and safe. At BEIT we don’t just sell square meters: we help fulfill dreams, close stages and start new stories with joy and confidence.
What else would you like to add to the business?
We seek to expand our portfolio, incorporate new technologies and strengthen our presence on networks. My greatest desire is to form a diverse team, where the energy of young people is combined with the experience of those who have already traveled a path. I value working together, camaraderie and shared passion. We also want to continue developing well projects, an area that excites us. My goal is for BEIT to continue evolving without losing its essence: professionalism, closeness and human warmth. Grow, yes, but always with empathy and love for what we do.
