Ilta-Sanomat reportsthat there is a huge inheritance dispute between the family of Tapani Kansa, who died in March.
A villa located in Lyökkiniemi in Kansan Westend recently appeared for sale with an asking price of nearly three million euros. The owner of the villa is the singer’s widow Nina af Enehjelm, who bought all the shares in the villa in 2021 from Kansa.
– Tapani sold the house to me four years ago. It was his will, Enehjelm commented to Iltalehte.
Enehjelm commented on the decision to sell, saying that he imagined living in the house for the rest of his life, but Kansa’s death made him think otherwise.
According to IS, the singer practically had no other inheritance after the real estate deals.
According to Ilta-Sanomi, the villa was previously sold to Enehjelm for 845,000 euros, which has caused confusion among Kansa’s heirs, because the villa is now being sold for a much higher price.
– That is completely between me and Tapani. Two adults agreed on the deal and the price, Enehjelm commented on the purchase price to Ilta-Sanom.

An insider tells Ilta-Sanom that the way the deal was made has also caused bad blood. The deal was made by proxy in 2021, shortly after Tapani Kansa had undergone heart surgery, according to relatives. Enehjelm also said in an interview with Ilta-Sanomi in the spring that Kansa was undergoing heart surgery in 2021.
An investigation request was made to the police about the transaction. The request for an investigation sought to find out whether Kansa had been pressured into making a deal. The investigation was stopped when Kansa stated that he was not pressured into the deal.
Kansa and Nina af Enehjelm’s life together began in 1980. The couple had two children during their life together. In addition, Kansa had one son from his previous marriage with actor Tuulikki Kuorikoski.
Kansa died in March from complications after gallbladder surgery. He was 76 years old when he died.
