The Maroc in Mode (MIM) fair has not taken place for over two years. The event will return on March 30th and 31st in El Jadida, a town on the northwest coast of Morocco, presenting its 18th edition.
For this reason, the Moroccan Association of the Textile and Clothing Industry (AMITH) refreshed the image of the fair with a new graphic presentation and expanded its range of sourcing to all areas of the textile supply chain. The various areas of the fair will thus be grouped around seven pillars: Manufacturing, Fabrics, Home Textile, Innovation / Machinery, Accessories, Services and MaroCuir.
160 exhibitors at the Maroc fair in fashion
The fair announces that it is aiming for a wider audience for the 18th edition and is increasing its exhibition areas: 3,000 square meters of stand space and a hall of 9,400 square meters (compared to 4,000 for the last edition in October 2019). The event will also welcome 160 exhibitors from Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, France, Italy, Spain and Uzbekistan.
In addition, the fair is moving to the Parc d’Exposition Mohammed VI in El Jadida. She will present a plant that is intended as a demountable and reusable construction. It was created from sustainable materials by architect Fatima-Zahra Bendahmane, who specializes in green and passive projects.
