Yvonne Coldeweijer gets a big blow from Media Inside editor Tamar Bot. “What would you think, girl, if someone made a video like that about you?” she barks.
Tamar Bot tells in her podcast The Media Girls that she is deeply disappointed in Yvonne Coldeweijer. “I think there’s been a little bit of a turnaround in whether people still like her that much. So I thought she was quite refreshing at first, but now I’ve been watching her video and I really thought: what’s wrong with you?”
‘It’s my job’
It’s about a episode of The Popcorn Show posted three weeks ago. In this Yvonne talks about the relapse of the addicted reality star Koen Kardashian. “She started talking about it and she said, ‘I can’t really do what I’m going to do now, but I’m going to do it anyway, because yes: it’s my job…’”
And then? “Then she looked like that into that camera. Then she said, “It was better with Koen Kardashian before, now it’s worse and I have proof of that, unfortunately.” So then she obtained private messages that Koen Kardashian sent to someone, in which he told exactly what he had used and that was a lot…”
‘Mouth fell open’
Those messages are really private, says Tamar. “And then she said this, and it really made my jaw drop: ‘These screenshots are really intense, so I’ve decided not to share them publicly. I am not going to share them in this video, nor am I going to post them on Instagram, but I am only going to share them in my paid spy army app. Sign In!'”
She continues: “Then I really thought: dear! First pretend you’re not going to say it all and then for your paying members who just put screenshots online. She said all this with a very distant tone. So unempathetic, I really thought, ‘What would you think, girl, if someone made a video like that about you?’
Mean
Tamar initially thought of Yvonne as a ‘power woman’, but she has lost her respect. “She’s so Mean. It’s someone who’s just been struggling with serious addiction issues for a long time, who’s probably just having a really hard time. Who are you, anyway, to publicly torch someone like that for your own wallet?”
A turnoff, says Tamar. “I thought that was so bad. Then I really thought: Yvonne Coldeweijer, you were so nice at first, but pride really comes before you fall. I really thought: I’m not going to watch her videos anymore and I’m going to unfollow her on Instagram.”
She has also left the spy army app. “I got in through the door and I got out. I just really think she’s going too far.”
Suicide
Yvonne urgently needs to slow down, says Tamar. “Sometimes it goes quite far and I have thought that for a while and she had also interfered with the hostage situation in the Apple Store in Amsterdam a few weeks ago and there had been a lot of criticism about that.”
Now, according to Tamar, she has really crossed a line. “How far are you going exactly? Want to push someone all the way over the edge? That someone just kills himself before you even think about what you say about someone? Well, I thought it was really going too far.”
