When concept cars from Hyundai and Kia with German license plates drive on public roads, the first letters are always ‘GG HY’. This car also has such a license plate.
Kia Seltos
We know from the license plate that this is not the case the new Hyundai Ioniq 7 or another upcoming Korean EV, but also a Kia Seltos. And that is a striking appearance, because a Seltos has never been delivered in our country before.
The current generation is approximately 4.4 meters long and therefore slightly larger than the Peugeot 2008 and Renault Captur. The model is therefore positioned below the Kia Sportage.
Not electric
The Kia Seltos is not expected to become fully electric. Currently it is only offered with different fuel powertrains. It would be logical that this car would also come to the Netherlands with the 1.6 T-GDi hybrid powertrain of the Sportage – perhaps also as a plug-in hybrid.
To the Netherlands
