The motions:
34. Leisure and education – Culture – Motion to the Flemish Government for the maintenance of the Memorial Decree – Approval.
The municipal council is asked for approval to address a motion to the Flemish Government, with the attention of Flemish Prime Minister Mathias Diependaele and Flemish Minister of Culture Caroline Gennez, for the preservation of the Memorial Decree and therefore not to affect the subsidies for the IJzertoren in the planned savings.
35. Leisure and education – Sports – Motion to the Flemish Government for the preservation of the De Rhille equestrian center – Sport Vlaanderen Woumen – Approval.
The municipal council is asked for approval to address a motion to the Flemish Government, attn. Flemish Prime Minister Mathias Diependaele and Flemish Minister of Sports Annick De Ridder for the preservation of the equestrian center De Rhille – Sport Vlaanderen Woumen. We propose to continue investing in health, youth, inclusion and community building.
