Finland is not authorized to prosecute the captain and two crew members of oil tanker Eagle S, a Finnish court judges. The case is dismissed. The suspects were accused of cable abotage for Russia. Last December, the ship Eagle S pulled its anchor 90 kilometers on the bottom of the Finnish Golf. Five submarine cables were damaged.
