Spinach cakes are easy to make. Frying in butter gives them a wonderful taste.

Spinach is a real everyday classic that has been familiar to many since childhood. Making spinach strings is no more cumbersome than regular pancakes. Just add the melted spinach to the dough.
Spinach cakes taste good for both children and adults.
Spinach leaves
5 dl of milk
150 g frozen spinach (thawed)
3 dl wheat flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
fat for frying
1. Melt the spinach and add the other ingredients to the pancake batter. Mix the dough until smooth.
2. Fry the pancakes in a pan in butter or oil.
3. Serve with lingonberry jam, for example.
