Harry Kane hit twice on Friday when Bayern Munich overthrew Werder Bremen 4-0 in the Bundesliga.
With two goals, Kane has now scored 100 goals in the German club, although there are only 104 games in Bayern. No other player has been able to do the same in the European top5 series in this millennium.
The previous record was Cristiano Ronaldon (Real Madrid) and Erling Halandin (Manchester City) in possession. They banged the first 100 goals in their new clubs in 105 games.
– This is crazy even for me, Kane glowed after the record.
– It is a great honor to achieve 100 goals in such a great company. I am very proud that it succeeded so fast. Hopefully the next 100 goals will come as quickly as possible, Kane continued.
The 32-year-old Englishman has been terrible in the early part of the season, as he has been pushing the goal network in the Bundesliga ten times in five games.
Kane moved to Bayern Premier League Tottenham in the summer of 2023.
