Angela de Jong goes old-fashioned hard on Gordon, as if she has never stopped as a TV columnist. In her own words, she is not surprised by the fallen listening figures of Radio 10. “Bottled!”

The listening figures of Radio 10 have fallen since Gordon and Froukje de Both make a morning show there. Before the two appeals, the station was the sixth channel in the Netherlands with a market share of 7.0 percent. Now, three weeks later, Radio 10 is the tenth (!) Sendant of the country with 6.0 percent market share, the listening measurement.

Falling line

Media journalist Dennis Jansen speaks in the AD Media Podcast From a ‘falling line’. “Yes, the falling line has been started. That is the falling line. Only yes, again, they have to get the time.”

Angela de Jong believes that a drogargument. “That doesn’t mean that it goes up, right, if they get the time?”

After many no -obligation talks from Dennis, Podcasthost Manuel Venderbos draws the conclusion: “The conclusion is: long term. There is not much to say about it yet, but the first signs are not very positive.”

“That surprises you?”

The signs are not positive? Angela is not surprised. “And that surprises you? I’ll take a look at the connoisseur.”

Dennis: “I am not a connoisseur, but if you look long term, then we have to wait a while.”

Angela finds her colleagues very careful: “If we can’t say that much about it now, why do we do this?”

Dennis: “Well, the first figures are not hopeful.”

‘Gordon pooped out’

Angela finds that significant. “No, and that is why I ask: You are surprised by Gordon, who is not at all popular with 99 percent of the population? Not to use the term: everyone costs him.”

Manuel: “When he was at the North Sea, he was not super popular either, but on the radio he did quite fun.”

Angela: “Yes, I don’t have those listening figures for a while. Yes, you know, I don’t find it as surprising as I am honest.”

What does Luuk say?

What does Luuk Iink say about it? He is even more inexorable when it comes to the new morning show of Gordon (“Don’t get the quality inspection!”). How does he analyze the latest listening figures?

Luuk on Instagram: “Radio 10 is not yet successful with the new morning show. I think the listener is really discovering what kind of show it is, and they are out of luck that the cards were already shaken a year ago, when Ekdom got a new place. If Gordon had started with Radio 10, they didn’t run behind. Slow Biz.”
