The project consisted of the execution of an extension in height by means of a dry construction system (Steel Frame), designed and planned to integrate into the existing housing with efficiency and durability criteria.

The proposal was developed from an integral architectural draft, which contemplated both the functional needs of the family and the structural and regulatory demands. Prior planning allowed optimizing the cost -time relationship, guaranteeing an orderly and unforeseen work.
