– A little bit of this thing has now been possible. We are a team that is the fourth best in Europe, it’s great. Of course, the medal was not won. Perhaps it raises fire in our young basketball players to the fact that one day it comes from there.
The 34-year-old Salin does not see that Susijengi was actually behind the opponent of the bronze match, Greece.
– So, well, I don’t know if we were Greece behind. Germany, who won the tournament, was strong in every game and there is a lot of skill and players who are really good and play well together. From the Greek level, I would say that I don’t think they are terribly ahead of us.
– Pretty close to the top tip there, the veteran thought.

The Finnish tournament ended on Sunday evening in Riga. The tournament and the pre -camps were a long and energy -consuming entity.
