David Coote, former referee of the Premier League, is faced with a serious criminal accusation. The police in Nottinghamshire charged the 43-year-old because of performing child pornographic pictures. Specifically, according to the authorities, it is about a video file that was ensured in February as part of an investigation.
Cote, who comes from Collingham in Nottinghamshire, was formally charged on August 12th. He will appear before the district court in Nottingham next Thursday. The police emphasized that the term “making” in this context includes actions such as downloading, saving or passing on the appropriate content. Cote is currently at large, but under conditions.
