Why do I have to register my data to buy a ticket?
Nowadays, buying tickets according to the principle “First come, first served” means that you are in a queue with bots and ticket dealers who have an unfair advantage. Registration serves to check that you are the person you state and to make the ticket purchase process for fans a little more fairer.
What information do I have to state for registration?
You have to state your name, your email address, your mobile phone number as well as your city and your country of the residence. This information is used to check your identity when buying a ticket. You will also be asked which city or cities you could visit from the five possible. And you have a better chance of tickets if your selection includes a city that is closest to you – check this as shown here.
You can only register with your own correct data once. Otherwise, risk your registration invalid. It makes no difference at what time you register your data, but as soon as the registration form is closed, there is no further opportunity to register for buying a ticket.
Can I choose which city I get a ticket for?
If you receive an unlock code, it will apply to one of the cities you have given during registration.
Can I go to more than one show? How many tickets can I buy?
You can buy up to 4 tickets for one night in the city for which you will receive your unlock code. All bookings for more than one night can be canceled.
If I get an unlock code, is a ticket guaranteed to me?
Unfortunately, receiving an unlock code does not guarantee a ticket. The clear code you receive only unlocks access for you to the official ticket platform. You have to follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email together with your unlock code in order to join your queue on Friday, September 12th, at 10:00 a.m./11:00 am.
If I have not received an unlock code by email, is there a way to buy a ticket?
If you do not receive an unlock code by Wednesday, 10:00 p.m. BST/11:00 p.m. CEST, you cannot take part in the original ticket sale on Friday, September 12th. However, they are automatically placed on a waiting list for other sales waves. If tickets for one of the cities you have selected when registering are unsuccessful, you may receive an email with an unlock code and at least 24 hours a lead time to buy it.
