After the Danish laundry provider Change Lingerie secured Palmers, the company founder takes over the management of the Austrian laundry group.
Claus Walther Jensen, who founded Change in the early 1990s with his life and business partner Gitte Breil, is now also the board of Palmers Textil AG. This emerges from the imprint of the Palmers web shop. The specialist magazine Textilwirtschaft had previously reported on it.
The previous board members Kristian Radosavljevic and Janis Jung are no longer part of the company. According to Radosavljevic, LinkedIn from February 2024 to July 2025 was active as a Chief Financial Officer for Palmers. Jung was active for the company as Chief Executive Officer.
Palmers had to register bankruptcy in February after the company was unable to secure financing and slipped more deeply into the red figures in the previous year.
In April it was said that an investor: interior group is to take over to Palmers. The existing management team should remain on board even after the planned takeover and work on the implementation of the renovation concept. In July it became clear that Change was as an investor at Palmers.
Change has not yet responded to a request from fashionunited.
