Public Prosecution Service asks death penalty for Congolese former president Joseph Kabila (54)

For the Military Supreme Court in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the death penalty was demanded for Joseph Kabila on Friday. The former Congolese president is tried in absentia for complicity with M23, the rebel group that is supported by the Rwandan army.
