On images, thick clouds of smoke can be seen over KrementSjoek, it is not clear whether there have been victims. Thirty explosions were reported in Lubny. Thousands of households and companies would be without electricity, no fatalities have fallen for the time being.

In the Poltova region, a power plant and gas storage would have been hit, local news channels report Telegram. Russian attacks were also reported closer to the front, near Charkiv and in the north near Chernihiv.

At the time of the attacks, the Russian representative wrote Kirill Dmitriev on X That it was an important day before diplomacy: “Where the focus was not on a temporary ceasefire, but on permanent peace.”
