Liverpool stadium apparently had to be evacuated

The fans of FC Liverpool were looking forward to their team’s first test game against their home backdrop this season. But suddenly they had to leave the stadium.

An incident occurred on Monday before the Liverpool FC Liverpool FC against Athletic Bilbao. When the fans just wanted to take their places before the game, an alarm suddenly sounded in the Stadium on the Angeld Road and the followers were asked to leave the venue again.

The exact reason for the alarm is still unclear, but it was probably a false alarm. After a short time the fans were allowed to go back to the stadium and the game started on time at 6 p.m.

It’s just the first of two games against Bilbao. The second encounter is scheduled for nine o’clock German time.
