The organization is fully run by volunteers who have little experience with the search for suitable buildings. The future from 1 October still seems unclear to the play-o-theek. As a result, there is a chance that the more than forty years of existing lending will disappear temporarily.
Volunteer Jacqueline Veerman does not know what she should then. “We are in total with thirty volunteers, of course they do not want to sit at home. Not to mention all those hundreds of children who are without all that toys. I fervently hope that we can think of anything else.”
Parents such as Lisette should not think that the play-o-theek is disappearing. “They have it all so well here. You shouldn’t think that they should stop or be banned to a afterwards somewhere.” Her daughter Miky-Li agrees with her. “I still want to go here very often!”
