On June 21, 2025, the permit was granted for the construction of the new cultural hall. The design includes a theater hall with a fixed grandstand, a polyvalent room with 200 seats and kitchen, meeting rooms, a spacious foyer and a cozy cultural café. The demolition of the existing room on Polenplein was planned for the beginning of September, but those works must now be postponed.
