22-year-old basketball talent dies in the event of an accident

In the past season, Gregg Glenn III played all 34 games for the Tulane University in the US college league. Now the basketball player has died.
Power Forward Gregg Glenn III died at the age of only 22. This was announced by Tulane University from New Orleans in a statement. Accordingly, the basketball player “died in a tragic accident”. The Vice President of Student Affairs, Sarah Cunningham, said this in a letter on Monday.
The university also wrote on its website: “Gregg was an outstanding athlete in our men’s basketball team and a person who brought joy and light to his fellow human beings. His pursuit of top performance has inspired many of us.”
His head coach Ron Hunter described Glenn as “not only an extraordinary athlete, but also as a remarkable person who brought energy, dedication and friendliness to our team and our community”.
Glenn’s passion will therefore be very missing. “We do justice to his memory by celebrating the influence he had on all of us,” the coach continued. Glenn played 34 games for the university last season.
