Renny Harlin tells Me in Women that her father was 62 when her son was born. Then everything was different.

Film director Renny Harlin, 63, and his wife Johanna, 28, are expecting their first child together. The girl’s calculated time is in late summer.
The couple has progressed at a rapid pace in their relationship: Renny and Johanna met in the summer of 2020 and moved together to Bulgaria that fall. In February 2021, they were engaged and in September married. In the midst of it all, they moved first to London and then to Greece, to Thessaloniki.
From there, the couple still move to Miami before the child is born.
However, the pace doesn’t terrify the duo. In a recent interview with Me Women, they both say they are adventurous and courageous – and really confident in their togetherness.
Nor is it horrible that Renny is the father of a 63-year-old baby.
– However, I know that I am in a completely different situation mentally and physically than my own father used to be, says Renny, whose own father was 62 years old when his son was born.
It goes without saying for Renny that he will be involved in the mantle rally and night watch, as well as sharing spiritual support and examples.
“Along with that, I take care of my condition and health so that I can be an active father and involved in all our children’s activities,” says Renny. We in Women.
The Harlins hope their family will grow even more in the future.
Talking about the 35-year-old’s age difference is annoying:
– It confuses us because the age difference is not reflected in any way in our daily lives or relationships. I simply can’t name a single thing that would affect me, Johanna says in Me Women.
