Yet there is also less positive news to report. Charlotte Kool does not get up for ride two. Kool won the first two stages last year, but she won’t achieve such successes. The sprint star seemed to recover from her fall in the Baloise Ladies Tour, but during the first stage she did not feel like desired, her team reports Picnic PostNL. “Because she didn’t feel 100% this morning, it was decided in consultation with the medical staff of Team Picnic PostNL that she will not start in the second ride.”
