The Flemish Minister for Finance and Budget Ben Weyts also wants to retain the Flemish Job bonus in 2028. That is what the N-VA minister said on Radio 1 on Sunday in the morning. The job bonus is a premium for those who work under a certain wage limit. The Flemish government had agreed to abolish them when other taxes reduce work, and that only happens in 2029. Weyts warns that the measure will have to be compensated to get the budget in order.
