A car crashed around Halfzes on Sunday morning on the A67 from Eindhoven in the direction of Venlo, near Liessel. Two cars were involved in the accident. A shot over the crash barrier. The road was closed for hours in both directions. Since nine o’clock, only the road from Panningen to Asten has been closed.
Due to the seriousness of the situation, a trauma heli came to the A67. One of the occupants would have been trapped.
Detour
Due to the accident, a diversion was set early on Sunday morning. The traffic of Venlo towards Eindhoven is led via the A73 and the A2.
Rijkswaterstaat cannot yet indicate how long it takes before the road from Panningen to Asten is released.
