How did the company emerge?
The Punto2 study arises in 2002 as a result of a first commission of a client of a single -family home. Of course, in the beginning, it was an absolute challenge in terms of representing at the same time a continuous learning of everything seen in the faculty stage, and at the same time giving real response to a formal work order.
What are the services they provide through the study?
Over time we have passed through all the stadiums in which an architecture study is involved, but at present we have managed to solve all aspects and variables: from the project, to the total development of a work, going through execution, administration, management and sale.
How are they projected in the medium term?
We are very dedicated, precisely, to the development of ventures that respond to the different appropriation scales depending on the area where they are implanted, trying to be friendly to the environment and context.
What differentiates them?
Basically, the focus on the quality of life and context. We care that architecture improves people’s lives. We work with a look sensitive to the environment, to light, everyday use, and long -term comfort. We design so that each space is a place where you really want to live.
What teaching did you leave the way?
That real growth arises from working in community. Focusing on alliances and surrounding yourself with a good team and strategic allies is key.
