That’s how it works in practice
The off -peak hours are also at night between noon and 4 p.m. and in the fall and winter. During the weekends of the summer, the supply rate of electricity between noon and 4 p.m. is the lowest: you then only pay tax and fixed delivery costs. If your devices, such as the washing machine, dishwasher or dryer, let you run during off -peak hours, you save a few tens every year. Do you have an electric car and do you charge it at home at night? Then your saving can be even greater! And always with the certainty of fixed prices.
The more you move your power consumption to the cheaper hours, the more you can save. Adjusting your habits does not have to be difficult: you can set most devices in the house to start automatically at the right time.
