Antwerp – A year ago, Rob van de Velde started an eleven-week search for the body of his murdered and mutilated daughter Ichelle (29) in Oostburg, Zeeland-Flemish. Her body parts were eventually fished out of the canal and her Flemish neighbor Sandra H. (46) has been in jail for murder ever since. “I’m not interested in her explanation of the process later. There is no reason to kill such a sweet, warm woman.”
