The new 2025 Vistage Argentina quality report reveals a complex scenario for local entrepreneurs. While the stereotype suggests that his life is pure work, the data show interesting nuances: The majority dedicates many hours to their companies, but deeply values ​​the time with the family and your personal activities.

The study, which relieved 536 entrepreneurs between 29 and 60 years, indicates that 43% work between 40 and 49 hours per week and 18% exceed 50 hours. Even so, more than half of those consulted (57%) feel compliant with that workload and 52% genuinely enjoy their work.

However, the report also reflects the silent cost of permanent productivity. 59% respond messages and labor issues outside work schedule and 65% admit to feeling moderately stressedwhich could anticipate future mental health problems if that feeling deepens.

On the family, 46% share between 2 and 4 hours a day with their loved ones, and 69% say they enjoy that time a lot, although 27% recognize that the amount of hours is barely enough. Here emerges the most recurring challenge of leaders: Balance the demands of directing a company with the need to cultivate links that transcend the productive.

The personal area shows equally revealing data. Only 25% dedicate from 2 to 4 hours a week to activities that are not work or familyalthough 72% enjoy those moments a lot. In turn, 49% sleep 7 hours a day and 92% had vacations in the last year, a positive indicator against the rest crisis that affects other sectors.

Finally, the businessmen consulted evaluated the impact of view on their quality of life: 75% perceive a positive or very positive impact and 55% consider that this accompaniment and training network helped them achieve a better balance between their personal and professional life.
