NHL legend Marc-Andre Fleury Ended his career in the spring World Championships. Now he is already gone back to the trough.

Fleury’s agent Allan Walsh told the Toronto SPDN’s AgentProvocateur podcast that his phone has heated when the UFA market opened.

“On the first day of July, five clubs called and asked if there was any chance that Marc-Andre Fleury would return from his pension,” says Welsh.

– Well, he has made it quite clear that he is not about to play next year.

The watch market is quiet.

– Five clubs call and are prepared to make a serious one -year contract offer to attract Fleury to its city.

Fleury, 40, has played 1051 regular season and 170 Playoff matches in the NHL. He was awarded Vezina in 2021.

For the last few years of his career, Fleury played in Minnesota Wild. Last season, he recorded a percentage of 89.9 in the regular season.
