From next year, the rules for mixed taxpayers will simplify. These are companies that carry out activities on which VAT owes and activities for which this does not apply. According to Minister of Finance Jan Jambon (N-VA), the current rules cause legal uncertainty and administrative burdens. That is why they become brighter and easier.
