The Rottendorf clothing group S.Oliver Group is converted its management. On Tuesday, the company announced that Julian and Johannes Rellecke will be part of the management from September 1st.
“Julian Rellecke will take responsibility for the areas of the product, design and kind of directorate of all brands. Johannes Rellecke will work as the deputy chairman of the management,” said the group in a message. The appeals were therefore carried out in the course of the “strategic further development” of the group of companies. “With their many years of experience in the fashion and accessories industry as well as their entrepreneurial perspective, the brothers bring valuable impulses for the further development of the brand world of the S.Oliver Group,” it said.
Julian and Johannes Rellecke have been closely linked to the group for years. They are currently heading the shoe and accessories label Copenhagen Studios, which they founded in 2017, which was acquired by the S.Oliver Group in 2021. Previously, the brothers had already launched the Liebenkind Berlin brand, which has been part of the Rottendorfer Group since the end of 2014.
The group can significantly improve its annual result
The group of companies also drawn a positive conclusion of the financial year 2024. “Despite a challenging market environment, the company was able to consistently continue the gymnastics turnaround in the previous year and to achieve a positive EBIT for the first time,” said the group without naming without concrete figures. Overall, the previous year’s result was “clearly” exceeded, which the two brands comma and Copenhagen Studios had contributed significantly.
For 2025, S.Oliver Group is now planning to “expand its international activities, further promote digitization and verticalization and to continue to develop its brands in a targeted manner”.
