On Thursday evening, the Vöyrian humorous band Kaj, who represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest, pulled a crowd in Pori Town Hall Park. The streets were closed under the band, which performed in connection with the Suomi Arena, and the Väentungos was huge.

At the beginning of the gig, the band performed their lesser -known songs that made the audience a happy atmosphere, and the applause rushed. There were crowds from young children to older people, and many dancing feet began to flutter.

Eurovision Bara Bada Bastu only rang last. The band had already left the stage and suggested that they would end the gig without singing their hit.

– Nice summer music.

They describe the stage presentation as a suitable home -made home, which they think is suitable for the band.

– It suits them. That’s the style.

Amanda, Sofia and Inca Wased KAJ’s encouraging sign during the gig. For Iltalehti, they tell them they are fan of the band. Both girls voted for KAJ in the Eurovision Song Contest and tell us that the gig was their first.

– It was a really good gig. At least it didn’t rain by pouring, like other days, Amanda says.

Everyone has a clear view of what the band’s best song is.

Kaj Kevin, Jakob and Axel attended the concert in the courtyard of the Pori City Hall before their concert. Kevin described the band as representing the Finnish -Swedish and Vöyr dialect in Sweden and Europe.

– In Sweden, we have also made music on the Vöyr dialect. In interviews, we talk more about standard Swedish, Axel said.

Kevin said the band had a lot of interest in the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö. As the Eurovision Song Contest progressed, the band’s Finnish -Swedishism had already become familiar to the Swedes.

There was also a surprising connection between the Pori dialect and the Vöyr dialect. Namely, there are many Swedish words in the Pori dialect.

Members of KAJ got Elina Wallin With the leadership to guess what the Pori statements actually meant. The guesswork went pretty well until one of the sentences was too difficult: “Otherwise, the galsat weather has been this summer.”

– Calca! Axel guessed and made the presenters and the audience ruptured in laughter.
