Zelensky has delivered speeches to other parliaments since Russia invaded his country, including Germany, Britain, Israel and the European Parliament.
In his earlier speeches, Zelensky thanked countries for the support Ukraine has received so far, but also urged for more action against Russia. He may call on the House of Representatives to make more efforts to freeze Russian assets in the Netherlands.
