Old motorist inspection will be stricter in 2026: doctor should take more time

The medical examinations for motorists aged 75 and older are stricter from 2026. New guidelines must prevent driving licenses from being extended without a careful assessment. The reason is excesses in current practice, in which some doctors perform dozens of inspections per day.
