Suspended between heaven and sea, Elsa in Monte Carlo It is a place of rare grace. Marcel Ravin’s expert hand leads the vision, but it is the young Domenico D’Antonio who gives her forms: light dishes, marine, refined. Here also a salad tastes of high cuisine, between waves and horizons. Set in an intimate bay, Marinella in San Terenzo It combines the scent of the stain with the sound of the waves. The cuisine, fresh and creative, caresses the territory with lightness and respect. The context – rocks, castles and silences – is pure poetry.
Between lawn, river and sea wind, Capannina Ciccio in Bocca di Magra He lives in his history. For eighty years he has been a refuge for those who love simple and sincere cuisine. The portions are abundant, the deep taste, the weather seems to slow down.
Along the Lake of Como, The golet accompanies dinners with water light. Between perfumed panzanelle, trofie, jumping and caramelized fish, you can breathe the quiet of natural, informal but well -kept elegance.
Further south, on the beach of Follonica, Eatè It is a pearl hidden in the green of the park. Intimate, essential, surprising: the chef Parisi transforms the Tuscan flavors into ethical and multisensory experiences, always with lightness and precision.

The beautiful glass room and the tables on the terraces, a few meters from the sea, are already, in itself, a very inviting frame. The sea cuisine then adds pleasure to pleasure. Local ingredients, freshness and seasonality: raw materials and territory have always been at the center of the gastronomic proposal of chef Simone Perata. Determined, with clear and well -defined flavors, personal: thus describes his cuisine the chef, who creates freehand but with the ingredient always the protagonist. Among its signatures the millefeuille of foie gras, red tuna, nori seaweed, marinated daikon and Sumiso; or a special thin cappon; or the spaghettone with Murici (sea snails).

Elsa, Monaco
Certainly one of the most pleasant restaurants in the Principality. A balcony in front of the sea, with the feeling of touching the waves, is so beautiful that here also a salad would seem a large dish. And in addition, under the signature of Marcel Ravin and with the young but very good resident chef Domenico D’Antonio, Elsa offers high -level gastronomy. Like a balcony in front of the Mediterranean, its unique and committed culinary universe is inspired by the marine world with delicacy and creativity. It is no coincidence that it can boast a Michelin star.
Excellent, nice and smiling the service. On the € 150 excluding drinks.
