London National Gallery may bought false Rubens for 2.5 million pounds: “Typical brush strokes are completely missing”

In the London National Gallery there has been a painting for 45 years that was long considered a lost masterpiece by the Flemish painter Peter Paul Rubens. But now it appears that ‘Simson and Delila’, purchased in 1980 for 2.5 million pounds of tax money (around 2.9 million euros), may not be a real Rubens at all.
